Hiden Isochema provides preventative maintenance and extended warranty contracts for all of its products.

Two general Cover Plans are available, although specific cover can be arranged upon request:

Preventative Maintenance (PM) Cover Plan

Covers an annual service visit, and includes full instrument recalibration and conformance testing.

PM & Extended Warranty Cover Plan

Comprises an annual service visit, as above, plus warranty cover including parts, labour and travel costs for on-site and factory maintenance. Priority email and telephone technical support is also offered for the duration of the contract.
