Management Consulting Services
GPS provides management consulting services to a variety of clients in the power industry. Services include new strategic planning, due diligence, litigation support, contract review, staffing optimization and reorganization opportunities.
Development Assistance
GPS assists in developing power-related opportunities, including power marketing, negotiations of PPAs, budgeting, financial forecasts, planning and staffing. GPS also provides assistance in the development and operations phases, including project direction, negotiating turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contracts, together with operations management.
Litigation Support
GPS supports clients with dispute resolutions, litigation, and arbitration and has served as expert witness in international arbitrations. Services include preparation, technical support, and testimony.
Due Diligence
GPS provides due diligence and third-party reviews for potential acquisitions and functions as Lender`s Engineer, including critical contract reviews, financial modeling, and overall project risk assessment.
Strategic Planning
Assistance to developers and lenders in investment, lending, mergers, and acquisitions.
