Management Services
WEEE business is EARNs business. From registration, reverse logistics to recycling or refurbishment.
Focus on your core business
As a producer, rebrander or importer many questions regarding WEEE will arise:
- Check the legislation?
- Are we affected by the WEEE legislation?
- Where do we register?
- How do we register?
- Who takes care of the logistics?
- Who will recycle?
- Can we trust this recycler?
- Are we compliant?
- How to report?
- Who will be responsible in my organization?
These are some of the questions your organization will face. And they have to be answered separately for all EU member states. On a continuous base. Not only when you start with necessary activities regarding WEEE legislation. When contracts are expiring. Or when legislation is changing. WEEE business is daily business.
WEEE business is EARNs business.
Our services can be used separately. Or you can fully outsource all activities, from registration, reverse logistics to recycling or refurbishment. In that way you ensure that your organization is compliant and it enables you to focus on your core business.

- All EARN service partners are willing to stop the process at any point for an agreed period of time for compliance tests by the customer
Where your obligation starts…
Under WEEE legislation, EEE products supplied to the market in a European Member State have to be registered by the producer, rebrander or importer.
Registration issues to be considered:
- What is the definition of B2C (business to Consumer) or B2B(Business to Business) markets per country?
- Are a legal entity and a VAT number mandatory in a country?
- Do you need a local bank account or a financial guarantee in the country where you sell EEE?
- Where do you have to show a visible fee?
Sound Knowledge
These and further issues have to be clarified country-by-country and product-by-product. And sometimes this should happen via an obligatory compliance scheme. EARN has sound knowledge of the different procedures and knows which parties to contact . In other words, we know how and where to register in every country. Our dedicated staff centrally coordinates registration.
EARN mainly offers WEEE registration. Additionally we offer registration for 2 waste flows that are connected to WEEE: batteries and packaging.
Benefits:
- Central coordinated registration
- Registration at national clearing houses
- For producers and importers
- Yearly fee per country per entity or lump sum
