ERGELIT dry mortars are oil resistant, vibration resistant and offer good corrosion protection. They are chloride free and are highly resistant to winter road salt.
The highly efficient ERGELIT superfix grout enables flanged manhole tops, as well as tops that have been cut or milled out, to be durably bedded in again. This mortar`s high resistance to frost and road-salt now comes into its own. In the case of asphalted roads, the road surface should be made good with a bitumen-based product. For concrete surfaces, use ERGELIT grout superfix 35 F.
The basis of the success of ERGELIT superfix grout is its rapid hardening which permits traffic loading within a very short time. With superfix 10, superfix 35 or superfix 35 F (the fibre-reinforced ERGELIT superfix), you have a wide range of mortars to choose from.
For bricklaying in manholes and sewers, as well as for bedding-in adjusting-rings, ERGELIT SBM (manhole construction mortar) has proved itself for many years now. The grain size of up to 4.0 mm gives a good result and high load-bearing capacity, especially when items need to be renovated quickly yet permanently.
The impermeability of ERGELIT SBM means that it is applicable in an enormous number of situations.
In ERGELIT PM 35 (paving mortar) you have a strong and reliable rapid-setting mortar specially designed for bedding-in paving, and able to stand up to any weather conditions. The frame is set in ERGELIT SM (plug mortar) or ERGELIT SBM. Traffic can flow again shortly after the job is finished.
