These products include: Inventorying of Municipal Infrastructure: AquaWorks D60 owns GPS hardware used to locate and inventory municipal infrastructure to sub-meter accuracy. Crews are sent out to gather the location, condition, and size of hydrants, manholes, water & sewer lines, etc. The location of the infrastructure can then be used to create GIS maps. GIS Mapping of Municipal Infrastructure: Municipal infrastructure is mapped on top of aerial photographs, floodplains, zoning maps, master plans, etc using Geographic Information Systems software. Asset Management: Municipal infrastructure is managed, maintained, and analyzed in a centralized database. Information such as price, maintenance history, age, and location is stored in the database.
