Pennoni Associates’ MEP Engineering Technology is comprised of highly experienced, dedicated electrical and mechanical engineers and designers including several LEED accredited professionals. Services include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems. Pennoni`s design approach often begins with studies that identify the optimal systems that best address the client`s goals, budget and schedule. The design process involves the development of practical and constructible plans and specifications. During this process, we communicate effectively with the architect and owner, and through their feedback we arrive at the desired result within the required schedule and budget.
MEP services also include turnkey engineering solutions such as systems planning and feasibility studies, construction document preparation, and construction administration services.
