When interior building materials such as, wood structure supports, sheetrock materials, carpeting and wallpaper, become infested with mold growth, BEI’s workforce can provide a total remediation process. This includes the discovery and complete removal of the contaminated building materials and it’s subsequent restoration. BEI has the experience to perform this work safely, quickly and thoroughly, often with minimal inconvenience and disruption to the occupants.Not all microbial forms are solid masses, some are airborne mold spore particles that travel through a contained site or building through air ducts — causing an effect named “sick building syndrome”. Our staff is trained and certified by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) to remove the existing condition that is compromising your indoor air quality. BEI’s personnel will safely decontaminate the HVAC systems and take the steps necessary to prohibit recurring mold growth.

If mold has been detected in the middle of a renovation, BEI is qualified to perform selective demolition to remove the fungus quickly so that reconstruction can resume. Should it be your preference, BEI will finance, insure and maintain all chains of custody in the selective demolition, remediation and reconstruction processes.
