Moisture Management Plans

Envirodesign develops Moisture Management Plans (MMP) for buildings. The MMP provides procedures to safely identify and mitigate risks related to moisture and mold. The MMP follows the tiered approach of controlling moisture so mold growth is not promoted, and if mold is discovered, minimize its impacts and prevent further contamination by isolating and remedying the source of the problem and any affected materials.
