We are certified through NAMP (the National Association of Mold Professionals) for inspection, testing, sampling, and work on Mold in residential and commercial buildings, including possible “Toxic Mold".
As needed, this includes “non-viable” surface sampling (Strip Tests), “viable” sampling (Lab Swab Tests), air tests/Spore Traps (for ambient contaminants), and more. We also use Infrared cameras, Hygrometers, and moisture detection sensors to locate the source of mold prior to taking our samples.
