National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Review & Compliance

ECORP`s staff of environmental analysts have extensive experience in conducting both stand-alone National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and combination NEPA/California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents. NEPA documentation is required for projects on federal land, but it is often also required if there is federal funding for a local project. Requirements for NEPA documents such as Environmental Assessments (EA) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) can vary widely among agencies. ECORP`s staff have worked with a variety of federal agency guidelines, including the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the U.S. Department of Defense.
