Nature Tourism And Environmental Education

Floradata designs activities and produces contents for nature tourism and environmental education events. Touristic projects (e.g. hotels, camping parks, others) which are located in Natura 2000 Network or in ecologically relevant sites can be classified and licensed as Nature Touristic Units under the recognition of the ICNB ( Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e da Biodiversidade – national authority for biodiversity in Portugal). In those cases, Floradata provides an assessment service in the recognition process to the formal classification of Nature Touristic Unit (Decree-Law n.º 228/2009 September 14, 2009.
