A technical / documentation audit of property to be purchased and in particular project data, including settlement features, details of environmental and landscape issues, architectural and archaeological restrictions, or anything else documented regarding the property which is available to the seller or public administration;

2. First level environmental due diligence consisting in support work to acquisition activities, concessions for the use of industrial areas and/or company mergers, focusing on documentation and visual research into environmental liability linked to the presence of structural and plant design pollution;

3. Second level environmental due diligence aimed at instrumental / analytical surveying of the effective presence of pollution highlighted in the 1^st phase, and the resulting provision of prior financial evaluation for eventual mitigation actions or the elimination of identified environmental liability;

4. Energy audit of properties in order to reduce overheads;

5. A technical/documentation audit of atmospheric emissions produced by heating systems;

6. A technical/documentation audit and planning of domestic and industrial electrical systems;

7. A technical/documentation audit of ventilation and water systems, for the management of problems related to Sick Building Syndrome (SBS);

8. A technical/documentation audit regarding the disposal and conveyance of sewage;

9. A technical/documentation audit of fire prevention systems;
