Hydrodynamic and Sediment Transport
Titan collect current velocity and direction data, water levels, and meteorological data to determine water body and sediment movements around the coast for use in engineering design.
Data is also collated for the production of numerical hydrodynamic models or simple initial and secondary dilution calculations.
Titan endeavor to collect high quality data in the most extreme data collection environments.
Water Quality Surveys
Water quality can be monitored in-situ using a wide range of sensors and logging / telemetry systems. Alternatively, discrete samples can be taken and analyzed at UKAS accredited laboratories. There we can analyse for a wide range of materials including enteroviruses, faecal bacteria, saline nutrients, trace metals, PAH, PCB, TBT and red list substances. We can also set up a mobile microbiological laboratory to reduce courier times and logistics.
Titan adhere to an ISO9001 Quality Management System ensuring quality controlled deployments acquire excellent data every time.
Data Processing
Titan use 'SeaZone GeoTemporal' processing software to quality control, analyse and present complex survey and environmental monitoring data. GeoTemporal provides the means to import specialist data into a common GIS environment, allowing access to advanced query, manipulation and dissemination tools and making information easily accessible across project teams and organisations.
