Strategy and mission

Vistal is a team of people open to mutual experience sharing. We enjoy long-term relationships with customers and partners. In the same time we constantly look for the new customers and markets. Since Vistal was established our strategy seeks to extend both the product offer and the scope of services we provide. Today our subsidiaries can carry out even the most complex projects from the field of infrastructure, marine & offshore, general contracting, industrial and hydraulic constructions using black or special steel, aluminum and titanium. Innovation is a part of our tradition.

Marine & offshore is a dynamically developing field of the group. Besides the production of steel structures related to exploring for oil and gas under the seabed, Vistal excels in construction and repair of vessels and harbor cranes. We are particularly proud of our innovative, world-class projects for environmental protection.

Vistal Group provides whole range of additional services regarding surface treatment and metalworking. These are hot-dipping, metal spraying, powder coating, plate cutting, welding of titanium, non-destructive testing and others.

Many decades’ experience of producing and delivering diverse steel constructions allowed us to offer a full spectrum of general construction services. At each stage of the investment – from initial consulting to completion – Vistal’s team provides client with superior solutions. Our holistic approach and innovative management systems let us realize even the most challenging visions. Vistal has been a general contractor in numerous projects in Poland. In 2016 our experience enabled us becoming a general contractor for the project in Norway.
