From the OCC we evaluate project performance via the SCADA system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), conduct remote restarts, and dispatch service technicians to the fault site as necessary.
Our maintenance teams provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a wide variety of turbine models, allowing us to evaluate and consider any owner`s needs. The OCC has the ability to provide remote resets, technician dispatch notification, off-hours curtailment response, reporting, and warranty notice documentation.
