Clearpower collect organic sludges and slurries directly from municipal and industrial clients and process it as required before applying it to land in a controlled manner as a fertiliser and soil conditioner.
We employ composting, lime stabilisation, digestion and thermal treatment technologies to treat the organic waste as required to achieve a recognised EU standard for the final fertiliser product. Anaerobic digestion as a treatment step also has the benefit of produce biomethane gas, a versatile fuel.
Our in-house team of engineers and agri-scientists deliver secure and fully compliant recycling solutions for clients, with total traceability. We currently process over 80,000 tonnes organic material per annum under long term contracts with large municipal and industrial clients, and manage a partner farmer landbank of over 10,000 Hectares.
Clearpower offer a comprehensive environmental monitoring and nutrient planning service including soil/organic waste product testing, hydrogeological assessments, detailed nutrient management planning and agronomy advice.
Clearpower has a proprietary software solution which formulates nutrient management plans for each land parcel and offers full traceability of each recycled load. The system produces comprehensive reports for licencing and environmental agency requirements.
Our processes are tightly controlled and we deliver a complete, fully auditable monthly reporting programme for each project.
