Our plant is strategically located to service a global market and to ensure rapid deployment to meet the demands of fast track projects. Additional video below shows Osmoflo's 7MLD UF/SWRO plant in our storage facilities in Cyprus. This plant is ready for dispatch to meet emergency water needs and we have 3 of these 7 MLD units available; offering capacity up to 21 MLD.
In addition, Osmoflo offer Desal Now - a range of large capacity emergency water treatment solutions ready for immediate deployment, up to 150,000m3/day.
To ensure the highest water quality and reliability, similar technology to that of Osmoflo turnkey and water recycling/water reuse projects is utilised for the rental fleet.
There is a range of sizes and options for mining, energy, construction, petrochemical, municipalities and general industry. When required, rental solutions include PlantConnect, Osmoflo’s remote monitoring platform where plants are linked back to Osmoflo’s 24/7 control centre.
In the South East Asia region, Osmoflo is collaborating with a small number of water and wastewater companies selected for their capabilities, experience and market recognition to best service their national markets, as well as to ensure Osmoflo's rental assets can effectively and efficiently be deployed anywhere in the region.

Osmoflo’s emergency water and water reycling/water reuse solutions are ideally suited to a variety of applications to meet a range of short, medium or long term situations:
- Any emergency water needs (breakdowns, increased demand, planned and unplanned maintenance, changes in water quality, disasters).
- Capacity increases during high production periods.
- Events where brackish water needs upgrading to potable water.
- Back-up during critical periods, plant upgrades and drought conditions.
- Improved water quality; adding to an existing system for polishing to a higher quality.
- Environmental needs; dewatering to meet regulatory discharge requirements.
RANGE OF EQUIPMENT
All systems can be modulised for changing capacity requirements. Plants can deliver from 5kL/day to 50,000 kL/day or greater if needed.
Osmoflo’s emergency water fleet provides a range of brackish water and seawater systems, with pre-treatment, post treatment and demineralisation options to deliver fit for purpose water. Osmoflo also provides a range of waste water treatment solutions which includes MBR systems.
