Addressing an outbreak quickly with knowledgeable experts is critical to insuring the least amount of negative impact and costs. We provide expert engineering knowledge of systems and root causes related to outbreaks. We work with our customers to help them identify issues such as system design, operational practices, maintenance programs or events which caused or impacted the outbreak. Sometimes the root causes of legionella outbreaks are not confirmed to a certainty but in most cases we can identify major issues that impacted risk and liability.
