MPI - Packaging Services
Medicoplast uses different validated packaging formats and packaging methods. Consequently we can process customers` requests regarding special packaging for our products, as well as third party products.
Different packaging machines of manufacturers such as Multivac and Maruani offer the possibilty to package the products in a variety of formats and designs.
Simple sterile packaging as well as double –sterile packaging are possible. All of our sterile bags are produced from plastic composite foil and special medical paper, thus fulfilling the requirements of DIN EN 868 and DIN EN ISO 11607.
For labelling of the products different systems are available enabling us to comply with all requirements:
- Cliché- print- methods, production of printing plates at Medioplast
- Labelling of the products ( Duplex-sandwich labels)
- Themical transfer printing
With our own in-house ethylenoxide sterilzation plant located at our premises we can package and sterilize the products as full service provider. Medicoplast will gladly support you to comply with regulatory requirements for packaging of the products.
