NOVA is qualified and experienced to assist with design, construction QA/QC, management and maintenance of your pavement systems to maximize limited maintenance monies and achieve acceptable pavement performance. Pavements are not significantly different from any other man-made structure; adequate support by the underlying subgrade soils is required. Pavements are subjected to post-construction loads, and there is a useful design life for all pavements. If any of these factors are neglected during design, problems can and often do develop.
