Performance-Based Contracting Service

We have performed $3.2 billion in environmental and munitions response projects worldwide, including 56 performance-based projects valued at $277 million. By establishing formal partnerships with the Government, regulators, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, our project teams ensure all objectives are understood and addressed.

ECC achieves site closure on PBCs by maximizing the use of risk-based analysis to reduce or eliminate environmental liabilities and life-cycle costs. Before designing a solution, ECC evaluates data gaps, regulatory, and legal implications; conducts sensitivity analysis and cost modeling using Monte Carlo Simulations to determine the most optimum site closure scenarios and costs; and considers risk-based alternatives for site closures determined by reuse scenarios, project life cycle costs, funding, and client objectives.
