An area of service that REI provides particularly unique services is the permitting of treatment facility projects, with a particular focus on permits associated with the management of membrane concentrate stream disposal. A leader in concentrate management, REI engineers are leaders in the development of waste stream disposal planning and permitting. Project highlights include the development of guidance for the St. Johns River Water Management District in the preparation of an overall NPDES permitting strategy, as well as the permitting of major water treatment facilities for Tampa Bay Water, Volusia County, and the Cities of Melbourne, Tarpon Springs.
