The pharmaceutical cleanroom is heavily regulated, regardless if the room is large or small. Hospitals, manufacturers, outsourcing facilities, infusion centers and compounding pharmacies all must comply with strict standards of regulation to maintain a high level of operation and sustainability. ProPharms Cleanrooms’ turnkey solutions offer clients peace of mind knowing their cleanroom space will not only work towards their intended operations, but comply to the strictest of USP, FDA, and/or cGMP Standards.
Concept & Design
Our design and regulatory experts will work with your pharmacy staff to understand the operations, processes, and dosage projections that will occur at the space to design a workable environment that will comply to the most stringent of USP, FDA and/or cGMP regulations.
Construction & Management
ProPharma Cleanrooms will manage all aspects of the cleanroom installation to completion. Our company will supply and install the Modular Wall System, Ceiling System, HEPA Filters, Doors, Sinks, and Pass-Thru Cabinets
Furnish
ProPharma Cleanrooms can furnish all furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the cleanroom suite. Each piece of furniture and equipment will be procured and received by ProPharma Cleanrooms followed by white glove service of assembly, cleaning and moving to the appropriate location per the floorplan.
Clean & Train
ProPharma Cleanrooms will provide a team to clean down the rooms (Construction & Microbial Cleans). We will also train the pharmacy staff on cleaning, gowning & garbing, along with various cleanroom protocols.
