Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Services
We offer a full range of pre-commissioning services, and have provided our services to many companies throughout Asia no matter the requirement our engineers are capable to accommodate:
- Pipeline Cleaning - no matter what your requirements are, Chemical Cleaning or Mechanical Cleaning methods can be applied to remove all types of debris and deposits.
- Pipeline Flooding - we use precision equipment to pump, monitor and maintain filling pig travel speeds and hydro test chemical injections to ensure minimum trapped air and even placement of hydro test chemical evenly throughout the filling process.
- Pressure Testing - available to perform different methods, utilizing different techniques, complying with all regulatory industrial standards.
- Dewatering - after successfully completing hydrostatic testing, pigs are used to ensure a controlled drain has been performed especially on lines where evaluations are an issue.
- Drying - is generally applied or performed when it is critical due to the type of product the line is intended for where no moisture is allowed to remain in the line. We offer different methods of drying, depending on the requirements, either chemical, nitrogen, dry-air or vacuum can be performed to achieve the level of dryness required as measured by the dew point.
- Purging - is performed by continuing to introduce nitrogen to help eliminate the possibility of ignition when flammable products are added to the pipeline.
