Planning Permission

Our preferred option is to work in conjunction with the client’s local planning expert, and provide the necessary technical support as required. This has the advantage that any public opposition to the proposal will be more obvious and clearly identified by the client and local planning expert. Work can then be done, at a local level, to resolve and minimise these issues. This strategy has proved very successful in the past with planning permission being gained for 100% of the sites applied for.
