The Sirius group can deliver development planning and environmental permitting services through its sister company Stratus Environmental. Stratus has a team of chartered town planners, landscape architects, designers and environmental specialists with a strong track record of delivering successful planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Permit applications for all types of development project including mixed uses residential, retail, commercial, energy (including wind) and waste management uses.
Having worked together in environmental consultancy for more than a decade, the Stratus team have developed a wealth of experience in respect of all aspects of planning and permiting and have a track record of successfully delivering projects for clients throughout the UK and overseas.
Stratus has the expertise to manage the planning process from conceptual site design and site appraisal, through screening and scoping, to outline/full planning application and EIA preparation. In addition, we provide a complete project management service including client, statutory consultee and regulatory liaison, public consultation and general stakeholder engagement (including organising and presenting at Public Exhibitions meetings and planning committees).
Our in-house design team also has the capability to prepare 3D imagery and animated fly-throughs for a variety of projects.
