The planning behind our plants is as grounded as the plants themselves. Because a promising project description is only one side of the coin, a reliable basis is what counts in its further preparation: location studies, energy yield assessment, calculations of profitability, viability studies and comprehensive documentation on project procedure, such as detailed specifications, payment and building schedules. We also keep the legal framework in mind, for instance when land-use plans are involved.
Such thorough preparation not only provides our clients with investment protection, it is also an excellent basis for negotiation to win over the financing bank.
In the next step we check network access and secure it both contractually and technically before getting into system configuration. This involves many things, but one is left out: the manufacturer. GP JOULE will make a neutral and independent selection for you and your site.
After selecting the plant and floating tenders, as well as securing network access and planning routes, we turn to the master business plan with contractor tendering and overall contractual matters.
