We provide planning advice to shape land-use and ensure the right developments happen in the right locations. We work with private, public and third sector clients to guide planning policies and deliver consents for a wide variety of projects.
ADAS has been working with communities on development and environmental issues for over 60 years. We recognise that greenfield sites and rural areas need special consideration and we have a comprehensive understanding of national and local planning policies and how they are best applied to a particular development.
The ADAS planning team provide a complete project management service to meet our client’s objectives and achieve the most valuable consent. We can provide advice and problem solving from the very start of a project right through to managing and delivering successful planning permissions to save you time and money.
Our planning consultancy is fully integrated with the wider ADAS environmental consultancy business. We are complimented by landscape, ecology, archaeology, land management, arboricultural and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) teams.
We have a team of highly skilled and experienced town planners whom are all chartered members of Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards this qualification.
