Plant Fabrication Services

We can assist you and your maintenance personnel with the following fabrication services:

• Non-building Improvement Projects
• Repairs of Existing Facilities and Equipment
• Safety-related Facilites Compliance Modifications
• Internal Transport and Storage Upgrades

This service applies to businesses involved in manufacturing, food services, plumbing, electrical, government, education, retailing, medical, religious, and dining, as well as many other organizations and individuals.

Here is what we can do for you:

1. At your request, a member of our fabricating group will visit your facility to assess your needs.  This person will be an actual fabricator who is likely to work directly on the actual fabrication of your project.  We do not use sales reps or customer service personnel who have little or no hands-on knowledge.
2. If you do not have drawings or sketches of your requirements, we will work with your maintenance, production, and engineering personnel to provide the necessary documentation to define the project.
3. We will then provide a quoted price for the production of the items in the project.  This may include outsourcing of certain processes, if necessary.  Suggestions on improvements and cost reduction will be provided if available.
4. The fabrication process will then proceed based upon the agreed-upon specifications.  You, as a customer, are welcome to visit our facility and monitor the progress of the project.  Arrangements can also be made for a final customer sign-off, if required.
5. If delivery was part of the original proposal, our personnel will deliver the completed fabrication to your facility and assist your personnel with  the unloading.  If any additional modifications are necessary, they will be addressed on a case by case basis.
