Plant Selection Multimaterial Services
The material that leaves the final sieve, or films of large size, is accumulated in a `special collection tank.
The separation of the metallic material takes place instead via a ribbon beam permanent magnet. The metallic material is accumulated in another collection tank and subsequently initiated to recycling.
The separation of the fraction composed of plastic, aluminum and tetrapak takes place by means of a double suction system.
The glass is instead directed to a booth for manual selection and collected in a special tank before being sent to subsequent treatment where it is prepared for recycling.
The fraction sucked, plastic, aluminum and tetrapak, is sent to a cyclone system and here deposited on a tape.; Then subjected to a further selection via tape to inductive currents to separate the aluminum that will be sent for recycling.
The remaining two fractions, that is, the plastic and the tetrapak, are sent to a further sorting plant, located in the shed adjacent, by means of a pneumatic conveying system.
