This includes the cleaning to gas free status of all marine fuel tanks, such as double-bottomed tanks, settling tanks and daily supply tanks as well as the cleaning of ballast tanks, tank covers and bilge wells. Cleaning is carried out, depending on site and product, using high pressure water jets with 120 to 500 bar pressure or hot water /steam at temperatures of up to 150°C. Using mobile hydraulically driven thick matter pumps, even cold, highly viscous heavy oils can be pumped out or into a different tank.
