Preventative system maintenance is designed to maximize detector lifespan and efficiency while limiting customer expense. We offers several maintenance packages including Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly Service Agreements.

Weekly Remote Preventative Maintenance includes:

  • A RDS technician logs into a system remotely using Team-Viewer once per week. The technician runs a systems check and issues a immediate report to the site contact if anything appears abnormal. In the case that the technician has any findings, a service call can be scheduled the same day.
  • A RDS technician visits the site once a month and performs a functionality test on the detection systems. At that time the general condition and future recommendations are also assessed.
  • 24 hour around the clock computer service support and an 8 hour response for service, if needed.

Quarterly Preventative Maintenance:
