Priority Service Support

This is a dedicated priority assistance service, with the aim of identifying and analyzing any problem and, when possible, solving it remotely. The service provides for taking charge of the request with the highest priority and will be active: from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), Italian time.

Outside the times and days indicated above, it will still be possible to make a report by leaving a message recorded in the dedicated voice mailbox or by sending an e-mail. The dedicated technicians will take charge of the request by 12.00 a.m. on the following working day. In case of real need or impossibility of remotely solving the problem, a possible subsequent on-site intervention can be scheduled. The customer undertakes to keep a stock of spare parts at his plant that can be used during the interventions.
