Process Engineering Development and Trials Services
In our Test Center in Switzerland we are able to perform various process engineering trials for new applications of our products and development of new technologies. This process testing and evaluation allows a reliable scaling-up. We can also support you with rental equipment as hydraulic presses for solid-liquid separation of sewage sludge.
The mobile dewatering unit HPS 207 Platform is a pilot plant used for solid-liquid separation of different sludge types.

The entire test facility is installed platform for trucks and includes the HPS 3007 press unit, a CIP-system, a polymer make-up unit (including make-up tank and dosing pump), a stirred sludge buffer tank, a feed pump and a dynamic mixer.
The platform is equipped with all necessary connections and cables. This makes it perfect for small on site trial.
