Since Process Engineering includes the design, operation, and control of chemical and physical processes, our Process Engineers are skilled in generating, promoting, and analyzing potential changes in the process or operation, which will generate cost savings, production increases, production efficiencies, and energy conservation opportunities. Our dedicated engineers are adept at determining operating characteristics and capabilities of existing equipment; assisting on plant tests and evaluating results. Each engineer participates and directs plant problem solving/troubleshooting activities while acting as a technical advisor to correct operational problems/issues, provides direction on plant tests and evaluation of results to production supervisor/operators, assists in the training of operators when new projects are implemented or retraining is required. Most importantly, each engineer contributes in all aspects of the safety program, as an exemplar and as a student.
