BHS - Process & Filtration Testing
For most applications, BHS recommends performing a bench-scale test before renting a pilot unit or purchasing a production unit. The test can be performed either at an offsite facility or at the BHS test lab in Charlotte, NC with process material supplied by the customer. The PLF testing can confirm the proper filtration method for your application, as well as determine optimum filtration variables such as cake thickness, filter media, cake washing, drying, and solids discharge. A test report will be provided that outlines the test results and the recommended production unit based on the test data and the required process rates.
