Besides our CTU (Compact Treatment Unit) for processing drilling waste we offer a CTU that can process produced water. Although produced water treatment systems are normally present on production platforms, it can be the case that the system for somewhat reason does not meet the required demand: the fixed system is in maintenance and the produced water is stored on the platform, the water reinjection system fails, the capacity is not up to the par or the produced water changes in characteristics preventing proper treatment.

For all these situations we have our Global Emergency Response Team ready to let our CTU do the job. The 12 or 20 feet container, NORSOK Z-015 Atex3G/ Ex Zone 2 certified, can start treating within hours after arrival. Keeping your platform in production, without shipping the excess waste to a fixed waste processing plant. Saving you cost and reducing your risk.
