Project Financing & Risk Management

IWL performs financial analysis, evaluates and arranges means of financing (both equity and debt) and structures the project such that there are robust and viable revenue streams to make the project self-sustaining and viable in the long term. Comprehensive analysis of risks and their allocation resulting in development of proper contractual framework to facilitate the operations of the project are also examined at this stage. Based on the project structure, IWL would prepare the required legal documentation and contracts for enabling financing and risk sharing by the various stakeholders of the project. IWL obtains funding for projects from the most cost effective source. In this, where available, it also assists clients in obtaining Government grants and subsidies.
