SHARE

In NHE we have a pool of engineers with experience in the different aspects of Project Implementation. We appoint a `Project in Charge` or `Project Manager` and form a team of involved specialists which he heads. Progress is monitored as appropriate at Senior Management level through a weekly Project Monitoring Meeting that all the Departmental Managers attend in person.
