After presenting a chemical analysis of the solid material, we provide you with a firm quote for your project. Subsequently, we require a signed copy from the waste producer of a “Dangerous Goods Declaration” as part of the waste management record subject to approval pursuant to the legal provisions arising from the Waste Recycling and Management Law (KrW-/AbfG) and the Verification Ordinance. Since 01.04.2010, this has been performed electronically. We are more than happy to assist you in this process with the benefit of our long experience.
Likewise, we offer support for in completing the required notification documents to cover the transfrontier movement of waste.
Swift and efficient processing is therefore our guarantee, as a company certified in accordance with DIN ISO 14001 and the Specialist Waste Disposal Operation ordinance.
As regards the acceptance of railway sleepers and window frames originating from the Federal Republic of Germany, it is not compulsory to perform an analysis.In consultation with the relevant monitoring authorities, sample analysis is acceptable for these materials – meaning no costs incurred for the waste producer.
The removal or delivery of material can be done via floor conveyor, container or self-loading vehicle.Delivery by rail or ship is also possible without any problem.
