Our team is a leader and national provider of quality environmental due diligence services, which may be performed prior to mortgage financing, purchase or redevelopment of real estate.  The Cameron-Cole team has conducted nationwide and regional environmental due diligence work for many of the more active parties in this market, and has been involved in many highly visible real estate transactions throughout major metropolitan areas of the U.S.  Our experience has led us to understand the critical aspects involved in the delivery of environmental services to support missions involving real estate transactions.
