Property Leasing Services

The Property Investment segment of the Group primarily comprised of the properties leasing business in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas including Singapore, USA and Canada. The diversified and well balanced investment properties portfolio generate stable and recurrent rental income for the Group. Apart from residential properties, there are also commercial properties, industrial properties and car parking spaces in the Group’s portfolio.
