Opus` robust quality management systems and procedures enable governments to monitor and assess performance and ensure standards are achieved. Opus` quality assurance and quality control system covers everything from our company processes and the Vehicle Inspection Database (VID) through to inspection station processes and lane equipment.
We follow a robust quality process in each area of operation that:
- Sets attainable performance standards
- Determines how those standards are best attained
- Specifies step-by-step, written procedures for attaining those standards
- Assesses where those standards are not being met through auditing
- Checks performance against contractual requirements

Opus’ reporting suite provides quality assurance data in real-time, covering every test record, calibration record, audit report and trigger result. Our clients have access to a wealth of analytical tools that deliver information in easy-to-view formats, making it easy to evaluate the operation and effectiveness of their program. We can provide:
- Reports on vehicle tests, equipment reliability, calibration, security and record keeping, with triggers to immediately report any apparent problem
- Regular Quality Assurance reports on a monthly or as-requested basis
- A wide range of special, prescribed government reports to support program management and evaluation
