We offer the necessary training for the operating personnel for our systems. On request, we also offer this directly on your system.

The all-round solution for internal quality assurance
Before external quality assurance and quality monitoring can begin, you have to clean up in your own shop. In times of increased plant capacities, however, it is no longer possible for the operator to personally take delivery of every compost crumb produced by the customer. In order to be able to guarantee the best quality in terms of internal quality assurance, it is necessary to document the route of the delivered material precisely via processing steps and preparation. However, the best recording counts little if an evaluation is complicated and can only be carried out with great effort.
This must be delivered to the screen at the push of a button. In this way, customers can be provided with information about input materials, proof of hygiene, processing steps, etc. quickly. However, business indicators that provide information about the 'quality of the system function' must also be able to be determined quickly (e.g. monthly input and output, monthly sales, sales of individual items, customer-related sales, etc.).
Our goal is that data that once exist electronically must also be processed electronically. What does the best weighing system do if the delivery notes have to be manually entered into the respective programs for billing and production control? That is why we have developed management software for and with our customers that takes over the central administration and documentation on their system. Interfaces to the weighbridge, automatic temperature monitoring or accounting programs guarantee that data can be imported or passed on electronically.
