All our suppliers have gone through a rigorous approval system, have been reference-checked and have all the necessary financial and insurance criteria, so you know you are dealing with a high-calibre organisation that is well equipped to carry out your contract. We monitor their performance too, so we can be sure they are maintaining our high standards.
Matchmaker is a very simple process and takes just a few days from the receipt of the initial enquiry:

- As a REACHReady subscriber, contact our Helpdesk with details of your particular needs
- We contact suitable organisations within our network of Approved Service Providers to see if they wish to be considered by you for the work
- We put forward the details of those interested parties to you
- We pass on your details to the relevant Approved Service Providers.
Once the match has been made, you are free to discuss the finer details of the work and any contract directly with the recommended service providers!
