Reach only Representative
Compliance with the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemical Substances – EC1907/2006) is mandatory for continued sales of chemicals and products in the European Union. Our REACH Only Representative services allow companies located outside the European Union to deal with REACH pre-registration and registration of substances.
We guide non-EU companies through the pre-registration process so that they can place their products in EU or they can continue their business without any interruption in their European sales. Also, this service provides the necessary legal presence and representation in the EU including representation in the European Chemical Agency (ECHA), technical management of REACH pre-registration or registration, and submission of information to the EU to fulfill a company’s REACH obligations.
