Recirculation Service
What happens to your used chemicals? Used water treatment chemicals are usually disposed of conventionally, e.g. in the form of paint sludge. However, the following issues are raised in the process: How much does this cost? How much are the costs involved in administration? Will there be any additional, hidden costs? Which limit values are to be upheld? How high can the water proportion be? Will the best ecological and economical method of disposal be chosen?.
If these points are considered more closely, it ca...
If these points are considered more closely, it can be seen that simple disposal is not able to make use of all of the available potential for optimisation. Therefore, proaqua has tackled the issue of what happens to your used products and looked for ways of taking advantage of this untapped potential:
- Complete cost monitoring due to a straightforward pricing structure
- Simplified administration
- Optimised logistics
- Bundling into one service package with just one contact person
- The ecologically sound recycling of reclaimed products
- Conformity with the current requirements of the Waste Avoidance, Recycling and Disposal Act
Legal obligation
In addition to the obvious ecological aspects affecting every enterprise, ever more strictly formulated requirements are emerging in terms of processes that conserve resources and avoid the generation of waste. The ensuing obligation can be formulated as follows:
'The Federal government's aim in terms of environmental policy is to continue developing waste and recycling management into material flow management over the next few years. By consistently separating different types of waste and pre-treating them by recycling or recovering energy from them, the aim is to fully utilise the substances and materials bound in waste and therefore make waste landfills superfluous. With the revision of the Waste Disposal Act as part of the Waste Avoidance, Recycling and Disposal Act, compared with the law governing the simplification of monitoring waste disposal of 15 July 2006, the legislator has further specified the economy's obligation to employ closed-loop recycling. Every company's basic obligations include the duty to avoid waste by recycling within a plant, product design involving little or no waste, and obligations to recycle and return.'
proaqua's recycling service lends you constant support in implementing the above-mentioned requirements by minimising the logistics costs for material supplies, picking up empties and other transportation. In turn this means a considerable simplification of ordering and logistics processes for you, the customer, and reduced transportation and administration costs. Furthermore, positive image aspects from the point of view of the environment can be expected from the interplay between the supply and disposal of goods, and can be made use of accordingly.
