The complete servicing for which the client receives guarantee and after guarantee support is performed in the following order:

• The client is involved in the process of diagnosing the machine and specifying the estimated cost for the repair.
• The machine is dismantled and together with the customer are specified the final work on the machine and its value. A contract is signed, stating the content and the value of the repair, as well as the guarantee.
• The repair is carried out by using established technology cards and requirements.
• For repairing a whole unit, a warranty from 6 to 12 months is given, depending on the degree of renovation with new parts and the state of the old ones.
• The comprehensive test of the machine is implemented in two phases after the repair and when giving back the machine to the client.
• All necessary documents relating the maintenance and the operation under warranty and after warranty period are issued.
