As part of the regulatory compliance audit process, the auditor(s) will conduct an onsite physical inspection of all operations associated with environmental, health and safety activities to assess compliance with applicable requirements. Selected documentation (i.e. previous compliance audits, emergency response plans, training programs and materials, existing procedures and instructions, standard operating procedures), as applicable to your operations will be reviewed to assess conformance to regulatory requirements. The audit(s) will evaluate compliance with permits, regulations and other programs developed under OSHA, DOT, SARA, EPCRA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, and TSCA. The compliance evaluation will also include an assessment of applicable state, local, and hazardous materials storage/transport requirements.
