Successful negotiation with State and Federal agencies is the true measure of our success. Until a client is released from the burden of mandated remedial action, the client has not resolved the property contamination issues, even if that contamination has been eliminated. The Remediatorts staff has experience with government regulations, policies, guidelines and procedures in multiple states, negotiating reasonable cleanup and monitoring guidelines and directing projects to `No Further Action` status, and de-listing of property from contaminated site lists.
